How to write AI replies that don’t sound like a bot
Generic AI text is a liability. Here is the prompt structure we use to keep replies short, on-brand, and unmistakably human.
The bot-tell problem
Most AI replies fail the same way: too long, too polite, too perfect. Real sales replies have shorter sentences, contractions, and one specific ask.
The 3-line rule
- Acknowledge the specific thing they asked about.
- Add one sentence of value or framing.
- Make one ask — usually a calendar link or a yes/no question.
That is it. Anything longer reads like a brochure.
If a reply could be sent to anyone, it should be sent to no one.
