Lead Data
We process contact data belonging to your leads on your behalf. This data is processed solely to deliver the automation service you have configured.

- Paddle — payment processing and tax compliance
- OpenAI — AI message generation (data is anonymised and not used to train models)
- Twilio — SMS delivery
- Airtable — lead data storage on your behalf
- Make.com — automation workflow execution
No personal data is ever sold to advertisers or data brokers.
5. Your Responsibilities as a Client
You own your lead data. You are responsible for ensuring that all contacts in your system have provided valid, explicit consent to receive communications from your business. You must comply with GDPR, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and any other applicable data protection and marketing laws in your jurisdiction.
SalesPal AI acts as a data processor on your behalf. You are the data controller.
6. Data Retention
- Account data is retained while your account is active
- Data is deleted within 30 days of account closure
- Payment records are retained as required by applicable law

You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
