What Data This Covers
This page applies to personal information that SalesPal AI may receive when you interact with our app or connected lead workflows through Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, or Meta Lead Ads.
This may include your name, email address, phone number, profile information shared by Meta, message content, lead form details, and related communication records.
Submit a Deletion Request
To request deletion of your Facebook-related data, email us at hello@salespalai.com with the subject line:

Please include the email address or phone number you used when submitting the Facebook form or contacting us through Facebook or Instagram. This helps us locate the correct records.
What Happens Next
- We will verify your request and identify any matching records in our systems.
- We will delete eligible personal data within 30 days of receiving a valid request.
- If we must retain limited information for legal, security, fraud prevention, or accounting reasons, we will keep only the minimum required data.
- We will confirm by email when your deletion request has been completed.
