Overview

At SalesPal AI, we want every client to feel confident choosing us. This Refund Policy is designed to be clear, fair, and free of surprises. If something goes wrong on our side, we will make it right.

Setup Fees

One-time setup fees cover the time, configuration work, and resources we invest to build and deploy your automation system. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Exception: If we fail to deliver your completed setup within 14 calendar days of receiving all required information from you, you are entitled to a full refund of the setup fee.

Monthly Subscriptions

  • 7-day free trial: No charge during the trial period. Cancel before day 7 and you will not be billed.
  • After the trial: The current month's subscription fee is non-refundable once charged.
  • Cancellation: Cancel anytime. No future charges will be made after cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing cycle.
  • Partial months: We do not issue partial-month refunds.
  • Service outages: If the platform is unavailable due to our fault, we may issue prorated credits at our discretion.

When We Will Issue a Refund

  • The platform was completely unavailable for 72 or more consecutive hours due to our fault
  • We failed to deliver your setup within 14 days of receiving all required information from you
  • A duplicate charge occurred due to a billing error on our part
  • An unauthorised charge is confirmed to be our fault

When We Will Not Issue a Refund

  • Change of mind after the service has been delivered or activated
  • Dissatisfaction with lead conversion results — lead quality and conversion rates vary by market, industry, and offer, and are outside our control
  • You did not provide the required setup information within a reasonable timeframe
  • Your account was terminated due to a violation of our Acceptable Use Policy
  • You have already used the service during the billing period in question

How to Request a Refund

Email us at hello@salespalai.com with the subject line:

Refund Request — [Your Account Email]

Please include your reason for the request, the transaction date, and the amount. We will respond within 3 business days and aim to resolve all refund requests within 10 business days.

Paddle as Merchant of Record

All payments are processed by Paddle, who acts as our Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method via Paddle. Paddle's own refund and chargeback policies also apply. Chargebacks are handled directly by Paddle.

Changes to This Policy

We will provide 30 days' notice before making any material changes to this Refund Policy. Continued use of SalesPal AI after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
