Requesting Data Deletion
If you would like to delete your SalesPal AI account and associated data, you may do so using one of the following methods:
Option 1: Delete Your Account
- Log in to your SalesPal AI account.
- Navigate to Account Settings.
- Select Delete Account.
- Confirm your deletion request.
Upon confirmation, your account and associated personal data will be scheduled for deletion.
Option 2: Contact Support
If you are unable to access your account, you may request data deletion by contacting us at:

What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon a valid deletion request, we will remove or anonymize personal information associated with your account, including:
- Account profile information
- Connected social media account references
- Lead and contact records
- AI-generated content stored within your account
- Activity logs associated with your account
- Uploaded media and files
Data Retention
Certain information may be retained for a limited period where required by law, regulatory obligations, fraud prevention, security purposes, or legitimate business requirements.
Third-Party Services
If you connected third-party services such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, YouTube, or other integrations, you may also need to manage or revoke permissions directly through those services.
Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Users
Users may request deletion of data associated with Meta integrations by:
- Removing SalesPal AI from their connected apps within Facebook settings.
- Submitting a deletion request through the methods described above.
